Brian Beaulieu founded Pac West Painting in 1989 after deciding to leave the fast-paced world of San Francisco commercial real estate. Seeking a more creative and personally rewarding path, he combined his business experience with his natural eye for color, design, and detail to build a painting company rooted in quality and trust.
From the very beginning, Brian has kept his operations refreshingly “old school,” running estimates from a yellow legal pad and staying connected through a simple flip phone. This hands-on, personal approach has helped Pac West Painting grow entirely through word-of-mouth referrals—no flashy marketing, just a reputation built on satisfied clients.
